在上传-PHP时压缩图像大小

我正在上传截图到我的网站 . 我想在宽度和高度上传相同属性的原始图像只想减小其大小，例如，如果上传前的图像大小为3 MB，则上传/保存后必须为300 KB但在我的情况下生成图像没有显示完全空白的图像 .
