你不能真的这样做，因为标签默认不响应用户输入，但你可以用手势实现类似的功能

Label label = new Label();
label.Text = "http://www.google.com/";

var tapGestureRecognizer = new TapGestureRecognizer();
tapGestureRecognizer.Tapped += (s, e) => {
    Device.OpenUri( new Uri((Label)s).Text);
};
label.GestureRecognizers.Add(tapGestureRecognizer);
