两件事情：

don 't use a global connection in ASP.NET (at least, don' t使它们成为静态的）因为它是一个多线程环境 . 而是始终使用 using-statement 尽快关闭连接
将 if(!IsPostback) 检查放入 Page_Load ，当 EnableViewState 设置为 true （默认值）时，不要回发数据绑定控件 . 否则将不会触发事件并覆盖值（如 DropDownList-SelectedIndex ） .
