hive到达max worker并且无法连接到hiveserver2

当我使用beeline连接到hiveserver2时，错误的msg是这样的 . 我以前连接过hiveserver2 . 我连接到hiveserver2一段时间后显示此错误 . 我可以连接使用jdbc：hive2：//

我检查了10000端口正在监听的netstat . 即使我重新启动hadoop服务器和hiveserver2，问题仍未解决 . 我怎么知道有多少连接是活动的还是我可以清除线程池？关闭hiveserver和hadoop和linux系统时，活动将不会关闭？

    $ netstat -an | grep 10000

    设置nosasl不使用SASLTransport
