Vundle Vim没有安装插件

我正在使用Centund 7上的vundle vim，我目前遇到的问题是我似乎无法安装其他PC上的插件，我似乎无法记住如何解决这个问题 . 所以我删除了我的.vim和.vimrc，然后重新git克隆了vundle git .

所以，当我开始使用vim时，我会收到：

如果我打开vundle并执行：PluginInstall它返回一个Not an editor命令错误 .

在#sudo mv Test.vimrc .vimrc之后，.vimrc也必须是chmod .
