v16.0.6是Composer的旧版本，支持有限 . 如果您不熟悉Composer，我建议您安装以下步骤，安装Composer v0.19和简单的Fabric v1.1：
卸载Composer（composer-cli）和composer-playground，composer-rest-server generator-hyperledger-composer（如果已安装） .
