    我使用以下最新的 sbt 0.13.6 . 我在 ~/.sbt/0.13/plugins/build.sbt 全局安装了这个：

    addSbtPlugin("com.typesafe.sbt" % "sbt-pgp" % "0.8.1") // sign Sonatype artifacts

    我还在 ~/.sbt/0.13/sonatype.sbt 留下了我的凭证：
