我想知道是否可以在google colab上使用opencv跟踪器（Tracker api） . 直到现在我无法在谷歌colab上使用此功能 .
P.S.1我能够在笔记本电脑上离线使用此功能 . 但问题是我的gpu有cuda 2.1版 . 伤心
