在本地安装jupyter后，我无法运行jupyter笔记本

在linux上redhat：我尝试在本地安装jupyter：

$ pip install jupyter --user

似乎所有东西都安装得恰到好处......

但是 - 我不能错过 jupyter notebook ，也不能 ~/.local/bin/jupyter notebook 为什么？
