Keras class_weight在多标签二进制分类中

无法使用class_weight来解决我的多标签问题 . 也就是说,每个标签都是0或1,但每个输入样本有许多标签 .

    是的 . 这是keras中的一个已知错误(issue #8011) . 基本上,当确定类的数量而不是多标签序数编码时,keras代码假定为单热编码 .

    我现在想不出更好的解决方法,除了设置 y_true[:, 1] = 1 ,即 y y 中的 1 位置始终为1 . 这将导致 y_classes = 1 (二进制分类中的正确值) .

    Why does it work?y_true[i] 获得类似 [0, 0, ..., 0, 1, ...] 的值并且有一些前导零时,代码失败 . Keras实现(错误地)通过max元素的索引估计类的数量,结果是 y[i][j] = 1y[i][j] = 1 . 这使得Keras引擎认为有超过2个类,所以提供的 class_weights 是错误的 . 设置 y_true[i][1] = 1 确保 j <= 1 (因为 np.argmax 选择最小的最大索引),这允许绕过keras防护 .

    对于多标签,我发现了两个选项:

    • 创建多输出模型,每1个标签输出1个并传递标准class_weight字典

    • 创建weights_aware_binary_crossentropy loss,它可以根据传递的class_weight字典列表和y_true计算掩码,并执行:

    K.binary_crossentropy(y_true, y_pred) * mask
